Jared Kelly

Jared Kelly joined Ambrx as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in June 2023. Mr. Kelly is an experienced public company lawyer with over 10 years of experience working at large corporate law firms. He has demonstrated expertise in oncology product development, business development, corporate strategy, and operational excellence. His extensive background includes advising public companies on corporate governance, financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Ambrx, Mr. Kelly served as a partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, where his practice focused on representing biotechnology companies in financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other complex transactions. He began his career with Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he represented various companies in securities offerings, IPOs, and merger transactions.

Mr. Kelly holds a J.D. and an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.
